I heard that I had to do a 301 redirect or something to prevent this, but wasn't sure how to go about that. So initially, I just used the feedburner RSS feed directly from my site and never bothered to switch over to a Libsyn RSS feed. So this is definitely not ‘podcasts can now have music’ territory. This is because those apps rely on downloading MP3s, and the music labels won’t allow that. They will not be distributed to Apple Podcasts or any other podcast apps.
Re: the 168 episodes, I believe it's probably because when I first started podcasting, I posted directly from my site/server and didn't use a podcast service (like Libsyn) as I do now. First of all, your episodes-with-tunes will only appear on Spotify and Anchor. I was unaware of that but it's good to know.
